Refund and Returns Policy

Exchange Policies: 

If the customer has received wrong parcel or in case the customer wants to exchange a product with another item, they has to inform at the same day the parcel is delivered. All they has to do is just inform our team & will collect the previous & deliver the another parcel in free delivery if it’s our fault..

Return Policies:

If the customer wants to return parcel, they must has to inform on the same date they received the parcel.

In that case customer has to send the item back to our location and as soon as we receive the parcel, we’ll immediately return the total amount paid by customer VIA through easypaisa/Jazzcash or through bank.
